Job Description

Assistant AccountantLocation; Kingswinford, Dudley, DY6 7TBContract Type: PermanentHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hoursSalary: £30,000 to £35,000 About the Role• Reporting: produce sales, production, stock movement and weekly financial snapshot report.• Set-up customers/suppliers on Unleashed and issue invoices.• Review customers credit limits as per Top-Service/Credit Safe.• Cash collection and credit control.• Send customer and supplier statements.• Carry out supplier statement reconciliation.• Process supplier invoices into Xero.• Own stock control process and reported balance.• Reconcile bank accounts.• Obtain all expenses and credit card receipts and upload them when reconciling bank account.• Send weekly payment run to Finance Director• Collect and analyse financial data and input into financial reports.• Provide ad hoc support as required.About You• Previous experience in similar roles (manufacturing experience preferred by not essential)• Have good Excel skills (ability to do VLookUps and Pivot Tables independently)• Strong interpersonal skills• Have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.• Be a team player with the ability to work under their own initiative and pressure but comfortable to ask for support.• Min AAT qualified and looking to start with ACCA or CIMA.About UsPart of the CMT Group, Securasite manufactures our own range of pedestrian barriers, temporary fencing, and related products.
