Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our Lubricants team, in our Kingswinford office.Our Sales Support Advisor works as part of the Lubricants team supporting the external field based sales representatives. Ensuring all accounts, price files, sales pipelines and stock forecasts are fully up to date releasing time for the sales representativesto focus on business growth.As a Lubricant Sales Support Advisor at Certas Energy you will support our external sales team members in managing existing business enquiries and queries, you will manage the onboardingprocess of new business accounts ensuring the account is setup correctlyand sent to correct department for credit checks and you will be required to create and maintain an up to date knowledge of competitor activity and developments, and record them on the appropriate system.Using your customer service skills to ensure customersare dealt with in a polite and courteous manner to maximise customer retention, you willbecome the go-to person for the Sales Representatives to manage and resolve any existing account issues while they are unavailableAre you a Certas Sales Support Advisor were looking for:
