Fanuc controlled CNC mills now thats your language......As a CNC programmer/setter/operator you do a good job, you know you do, its the product that you have made that goes out of the door to the customer. You are the middle person in the chain of production from Sales through to despatch, if you arent on it programming that machine accurately and then operating it day in day out there would be no product. But are you feeling micro-managed, more like a number on a payroll sat a machine Or do you feel invisible and unappreciatedWhen it comes to fanuc controlled CNC machines you know your stuff and your background will be in the fastener industry so you are used to seeing lots of different materials go though your machines and know that for each material grade the programme is different.Ive seen some of the factories in the Midlands and the term "scrape your feet on the way out" is one used all too frequently.... not here!Do you want to work for a company who promise to value you, look after you, and if you want it, develop youNo more micro-management, you will be left alone to do the job you know, Im not saying that they will put you on a machine and ignore you, Im saying that if you are doing a good job you will be left alone to do it.A new manager has come in and he wants to bring the team together, hes encouraging team building and team socialising, after all you spend more time with these guys than you do with your own family. The factory is a great environment to be in, its clean and safe. There are 14 of you on the machines and your new colleagues are from all walks of life, they have varying experiences, but we need you (and a friend, I do offer a referral fee so if you know anyone interested with Christmas coming up a nice little bonusalways helps) to join the team and showcase your CNC programming/setting & operating skills. To be considered from this role what do I need from you:
