We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Planner to join our client and play a pivotal role in driving successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in direct marketing, possessing stronganalytical skills, and a flair for creative campaign development. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about maximizing campaign performance, we want to hear from you.What will you be doing as a Campaign Planner* Create and develop impactful marketing campaigns, including the generation of analytic performance reports.* Utilize customer insights to optimise campaign performance and enhance overall effectiveness.* Serve as the marketing expert, educating and collaborating with leaders to elevate knowledge and campaign performance.* Drive the customer data strategy by developing dynamic segmentation lists for targeted outcomes and growth.* Lead meetings to update key stakeholders, review campaign performance, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.What experience do you need as a Campaign PlannerEssential:* Experience using Salesforce, Pardot or Hubspot.* Understanding of full campaign lifecycles and marketing mix.* Expertise and proven track record in delivering direct marketing campaigns, either in-house or through an agency.* Analytical thinker with the ability to create budgets and interrogate data.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Clear and confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with internal departments.* Confidence to identify outcomes and recommend change.* Portfolio showcasing published campaigns and demonstrating ROI.Desirable:* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* Familiarity with Adobe Campaign or similar tools.* Knowledge of Google AdWords.What will you get in return* Basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience* Hybrid working (2 days on site)* Outstanding lifestyle benefitsBased in Stourbridge and commutable from Dudley, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Worcester, Halesowen, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove and BridgnorthIf you feel you match the above click apply now with an up to date version of your CV.
