Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Slaughterhouse in their search for Butchers to work in their leading facility in Kingswinford. Full training will be given to successful candidates, but you MUST have previous experience in a similar role and you MUST have a MINIMUM of 12 months experience with using knives.For the successful Butcher our client is offering:i.Competitive hourly rate - 9.00 - 17.00 per hour (dependant on productivity) ii. 04:45 am - finish Monday to Friday (8-10 hour working days) iii.Temporary to Permanent iv. Free on-site parkingThe Role - Butcher:i. Dressing and evisceration of Lamb, Sheep & Mutton ii. Following food and hygiene regulations, whilst also following the animal welfare regulations and guidelines iii.Piece work (high earning potential) iv.MUST have experience working with Lamb, Mutton or Beef/Pork v. Working all bank holiday (Excluding Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years Day) vi.Permanent positions available after probationary period vii.High earning potential: Grade 1 Shoulder up to 17 per hour / Grade 2 Legs up to 14 Per hour / Grade 3 Loins up to 12.50 per hour / Trimmers Legs and Loins up to 10 Per hour / Main Bandsaw 10-11 Per hourWhat our client is looking for in a Butcher:i.Previous experience working with Lamb, Mutton or Beef/Pork ii.Flexible approach to work iii.Must be able to work all bank holidays (Excluding Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years Day) iv.
