Great opportunity for an experienced AP Assistant to join a vibrant business based in Kingswinford.This is a 6 month CONTRACT role, requiring someone with a strong background in all areas of Accounts Payable, ideally including experience with a high volume of invoices and queries.The role with be pivotal to the smooth running of the organisation, and will involve the following:- Matching, batching & coding invoices and proofs of delivery- Processing data for management reports- Resolving supplier queries- Statement reconciliations- Liaison with branches/suppliers across the UK and mainland Europe- Preparing payment runs and month end informationThis role will suit someone with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys being part of a team striving towards greater efficiencies and process improvement.
