Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Slaughterhouse in their search for Abattoir Operatives to work in their leading facility in Kingswinford. Full training will be given to successful candidates, but you MUST have previous experience in a similar role and you MUST have a MINIMUM of 12 months experience with using knives.For the successful Abattoir Operatives our client is offering:i. £8.72 per hour, potentially rising depending on performance - piece rate bonus will also apply ii. 04:45 am - finish Monday to Friday (8-10 hour working days) iii.Temporary to Permanent iv. Free on-site parkingThe Role - Abattoir Operative:i. Dressing and evisceration of Lamb, Sheep & Mutton ii. Following food and hygiene regulations, whilst also following the animal welfare regulations and guidelines iii.Piece work (high earning potential) iv.MUST have experience working with Lamb, Mutton or Beef/Pork v. Working all bank holiday (Excluding Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years Day)What our client is looking for in an Abattoir Operative;i.
