Job Description

Team Administrator - Remote working An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client as a Team Administrator supporting the Sales Admin team with all administrative tasks to allow the smooth running of the team.

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £17,600
  • Location: Remote working
  • Working Hours: 30 hours per week
As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Deliver Business Administration activities across the sales and professional services team to ensure all paperwork is compiled correctly for a smooth order, onboarding, and delivery process.
  • Provide administrative and other support to the Sales Administration Manager
  • Support the maintenance of Salesforce (CRM) and the underlying sales activities including: contract management and report generation
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions and quotations by collating information and data by liaising with 3rd party businesses and internal departments.
  • Prioritise and manage enquiries from customers.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
The successful candidate will have the following related skills / experience:
  • Experience of working within a busy Administration role
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Professionalism and persistence with ability to overcome obstacles and setbacks.
  • Self-motivated attitude
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience of using CRM system.
