Job Description

Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: West Midlands Salary: c£25k (negotiable & depending on experience) Job Type:Permanent | Full-TimeOur client is best known for its world class construction products and façade systems. They have led the way in product innovation in innovation in paints, coatings, renders, external wall insulation and rain screen cladding systems at every stage of construction from specification through to after sale maintenance. The company sells its products nationally in UK and Ireland through field sales and technical support services. As an integral part of the company sales strategy they are now looking to support further sales development through the appointment of a team of Internal Sales Executives.These roles are key to the growth plans of the business and, working directly with the Head of Sales, the main purpose will be to sell the complete range of products against a pre-determined monthly & annual budget on a national basis who will integrate horizontally and vertically into sales, technical support and other support services. You will manage all inbound enquiries and leads from the web, phone and email, qualifying to ascertain value, managing in-house or passing to external sales as applicable. You will provide technical advice & guidance, complete quotations, upsell where possible and ultimately develop and grow customer relationships to increase sales. Knowledge of building/engineering, SAP or SalesForce would be beneficial though experience of MS Office is essential.
