Job Description

Based in Kings Norton, BirminghamThe Busters Group offers a wide range of environmental services mainly to the commercial sector. Established in 2001, the origins of the group were in pest control with the foundations for the growth being to offer a great value for money service plus alittle bit extra you werent expecting. These foundations have seen rapid growth over the years and the expansion into Garden and Hygiene services were mainly due to customer demand.As a small friendly and thriving family run business working in a relaxed office environment within a farm setting, we are currently seeking to appoint a full time Administrator to support the sales team:Whats on offer

Duties and Responsibilities:We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to be the lynch pin for our sales team. You must be confident with MS Office packages and have great customer service skills as well as enjoying multi-tasking in a busy office.Key responsibilities include:
  • Using our CRM system to send out enquiries and process sales when accepted
  • Keeping the Managing Director/ General Manager up to date with the sales figures
  • Producing Surveyors commissions to be produced monthly for payroll via the CRM system
  • Raising and allocating purchase order numbers
  • Ensuring that Technician leads are processed and recorded correctly
  • Ordering office stationery ensuring we are getting best prices at all times
  • Answering office telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries effectively which will include sales enquiries
  • Keeping an up-to-date spreadsheet of all Surveyors deductions
  • Keeping an active log and processing any termination requests
  • Producing accurate sales figures and comparisons to previous years on a monthly basis
  • Signing off invoices and ensuring any reductions have been made from commissions
  • Assisting the Surveyors with all administration requirements
  • Contacting customers to ensure they have received quotations and finding out if they require any further information/assistance
  • Assisting new and existing customers with any queries they may have
  • Sending out marketing material to gain new business
What we are looking for in the ideal Administrator:
  • Expertise with MS Office packages including Excel
  • Ideally experience with a CRM system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines with confidence
  • Whilst not essential previous experience in a similar role would be useful
  • You must be able to roll up your sleeves and not be afraid to get stuck in!
  • Due to our remote location, a car owner would be advantageous
