Job Description

Residential Lettings Negotiator£22,000 -£24,000 + CommissionBloomsbury/Kings CrossThe RoleAre you a self -starter, motivated, hardworking, sociable individual Do you have good knowledge of the lettings market If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.Greater London Properties are seeking a Property Consultant for their Bloomsbury branch. Full training will be provided as well as a very attractive commission package and achievable bonuses.The working hours are 8:45am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with viewings as required in the evenings and 10-4pm two Saturdays per month.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Residential Lettings Negotiator include, but are not limited to:

  • Registering applicants.
  • Arranging viewings.
  • Negotiating deals with applicants and clients.
  • Collecting documents for referencing and being the first port of call for any potential applicants in our new branch.
