Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a national award-winning magazine who is looking for a temporary data administrator for 4 weeks. This will be a temporary role until the end of Maybased in North London. The role will be office based only Monday- Friday9-5 paying £13 per hour plus holiday.The successful candidate will need to be available for interview on Friday 3rd May and able to start on Tuesday 7th May. You must be available for the full length of booking until 31st May.The role will involve:

Data research on one of our servers – mostly looking through set file types and documents.
Research and recording of data (contact details, names) of people onto designated spreadsheets.
Organisation of data into clear lists

Ideal skills/experience:

Very keen eye for detail
Not afraid of repetitive tasks
Data handling of sensitive information
Organisation skills especially with lists and Excel
Able to concentrate during repetitive tasks
