Job Description

Were honoured and excited again to be exclusively engaged to recruit for this rapidly growing, fast paced and culture oriented business, who are seeking a proactive and vibrant HR Manager.A newly created role, it is generalist mix of HR operations and project based strategy - reporting directly to a wonderful Head of HR who has a hands off management style and the desire to give off autonomy and responsibility. A highly people and culture oriented environment, this is a dream role for a progressive HR thinker who has solid experience/background with modern talent management, engagement and culture HR principals - and wants autonomy to bring and implement their ideas to make a real difference.Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Full generalist responsibility across a high performance, rapidly growth oriented business - with ER leadership and strategic input on structure/organisation of the business.
  • Driving an innovative cultural and well-being offering; being known locally as an employer of choice with market leading engagement and retention strategy.
  • Full scope Resourcing and strategic workforce planning: Attracting and engaging with top talent locally and external suppliers (if applicable) in recruitment terms.
  • Leadership of learning and development policy; linking career, strategic workforce and succession planning in an SME environment.
  • Day to day HR operations requirements - this is a hands on role as much as it is strategically focused.
  • A demanding and extremely fast paced, change driven business - the role will suit typically one of two candidate sets; a progressive Senior Advisor who is ready for their next step up, or an existing experienced Manager/Leader who is seeking more autonomy in a flat structured environment.It truly is a market leading opportunity, with great benefits and an extremely well connected base office - the leadership of the business is fantastic; driven, but extremely friendly and inclusive with it. There will be some travel required outside of central London (north), so candidates should be mobile accordingly.
