Job Description

Job Title: Estate Agency ValuerCompany: Independent Estate AgencyLocation: Kimberley and surrounding areasBasic Salary: £25,000On Target Earning: £40,000 - £45,000Days/Hours: 5 day weeks, 9am - 5:30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pmJob Overview:Our award winning Client, is a well established , market leading Independent Estate Agency with a great reputation and the opportunity to join their busy, successful team as a Valuer.As a Valuer, you will play a crucial role in assessing the market value of residential properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting property valuations, analysing market trends, and providing expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate shouldpossess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of the local property market, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Property Valuations:

  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for residential properties, approximately 5 valuations per day.
  • Follow up all market appraisals and prospect valuation and Instruction opportunities.
Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Client Consultation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their property requirements and financial objectives.
  • Communicate valuation results and provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, market conditions and best marketing strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
Marketing, Documentation and Reporting:
  • Assist in the marketing of the property by producing floorplans (Metropix) and the property long and short descriptions.
  • Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met in the valuation process.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have estate agency experience as a Valuer, ideally with local knowledge.
  • Must be organised with both time and administration.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Needs to be a business winner and driven by success.
  • Will have a proactive can do approach.
  • Well presented and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
