The successful applicant will teach KS3 & 4 Science(all subjects) and dependent on experience and knowledge there may be the option of teaching your specialism to KS5 pupils. The position will see the successful applicant join the school on a full time basis.The school itself is located close in the South of Leicestershire LEA in Kibworth, located between Leicester and Market Harborough and is slightly smaller than the average Secondary School. The school have been through a significant period of transition overrecent years but under the new Leadership team there is now a clear vision for the school and well planned and implemented strategies. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team of staff that have embraced the changes that have been implementedover the last couple of years and with a clear desire to provide the best possible days teaching for their pupils.The school has a diverse and multicultural population with a significant number of pupils that come from ethnic minority backgrounds with English as an additional language. It serves an area of comparatively high deprivation with a larger than average numberof pupils eligible for the pupil premium.
