The Role: AdministratorTo work closely with the Practice Director and other members of the admin team, to be responsible for preparing information for client meetings and other client specific general admin duties. You will be tasked with superb levels of support to Clients and the team within the office. You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. You will be committed and keen to learn.Main duties will include:
  • Understanding Salesforce CRM systems (training will be provided)
  • Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with Client queries
  • Correspondence for clients
  • Supporting the processing and management of new business
  • Submitting and monitoring investment withdrawals and other client related requests
  • Dealing with multiple 3rd Parties
  • Any other tasks, as required from time to time, for the effective running of the business
  • The Person: Administrator
  • Financial Services experience within SJP or SJPP essential
  • This role would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style
  • You will have exceptional communication skills and are highly organised with an excellent eye for detail and good time management skills
  • You will have strong written and oral skills. You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision but also be a keen team player
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs
  • You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
  • You are reliable with proven office administrative experience and good IT skills
