Job Description

Service ManagerPermanent £35,703KentHamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to assist in the management of an effective service to support vulnerable clients, on a permanent basis.Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Manager:

  • Assist in the management of the referral process to achieve target levels
  • Supervise and help support the development of staff directed by the line manager
  • Support Housing Officers in providing information and advice regarding Welfare Benefits
  • Ensure clients income is maximised in order to live independently
  • Oversee housing management complaints
  • Work with colleagues to prevent evictions
  • Signpost and liaise with third party agencies
Essential Requirements of the Service Manager:
  • Practicing Christian
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS
