Absolute executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an International firm based in Kent who are searching for a Head of Finance to join their team.The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function as well as working on ad-hoc analysis projects alongside the directors. Responsibilities:* Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reporting.* Monitor cash flow and manage forecasting and budgeting processes.* Cost accounting and profit analysis of investment projects.* Prepare analysis and interpret financial reports.* Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure. compliance with regulatory requirements.* Analyse financial data and prepare forecasts.* Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulations.* Provide financial advice and support to managemen.tKey Requirements:ACA or ACCA qualified.Good working experience of managing financial operations.Excellent communication skills.Proven track record of leading, coaching and mentoring a team.Good working knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential.Salary: £55k to £60kHybrid and flexible working offered.If the role is of interest to you then please apply, or contact us directly for a confidential discussion about the role.
