Job Description

Senior Client CoordinatorMedway £25k - £30k DOE + commissionMon- Fri (08:30 - 17:30)Interviews taking place next week!A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Client Coordinator has opened for a self-motivated, driven and resilient individual looking to join an innovative and creative company!If you enjoy a fast paced and demanding workload then please continue reading…Duties include;

  • Providing full support to the business development team regarding all sales enquiries
  • Acting as the first point of contact via phone or email, focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business
  • Working to customer and companys SLAs ensuring high quality professionalism is adhered to, managing demanding expectations in a calm manner
  • Creating and identifying new business opportunities for the business development team
  • Working closely with the sales department ensuring all orders are completed to required deadlines
  • Produce, review and update Customer contracts
  • Take ownership of various projects when required
  • Oversee and account manage key customers
  • Updating internal databases with all customer activity
  • Act as deputy in the absence of the Client Coordinator Supervisor
  • To be considered for this role you will have/be:
  • Previous office based experience within Administration, Customer Service, Sales or Project Management
  • Salesforce experience - desirable
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • The ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally
  • A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
  • Excellent prioritisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage various projects whilst staying calm under pressure
  • Trained to an Intermediate level of all MS office applications
  • Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious with energy and drive; demonstrating a passion to progress
  • 5 GCSEs at grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
