Our client is open to considering candidates that meet the above description that perhaps do not have specific industry/product experience in industrial consumables as what is essential is attitude, aptitude and mind-set.£20k-£25k basic salary (depending on experience) Our client is a multi national leading brand within the industrial products world.They have a global workforce of in excess of 50,000. They have an enviable reputation for product excellence and on-going growth. Their divisional Field Sales Consultants sell across four main industries; Automotive, Construction, Metal and Wood. Their aim is to drive sales and grow business with existing customers and seek out opportunities through new communications.The primary role of the Key Account Coordinator is to ensure that the agreements and service levels that have been agreed are met 100%. In doing so the Key Account Coordinator will work with the Key Account Sales Manager in the day-to- day management of all aspects of clients/business partners.This role will begin by actively working on the business partner Amazon, but will evolve into supporting and coordinating other complex customers. The role will be predominantly field based but will also require office based solutions around Kent. You will be expected to travel to and from business partners locations around the UK to ensure all aspects of service are being delivered - these duties may include sighting products, placing systems, checking delivery service and standards, placing orders, having meetings with all stakeholders at site locations.The key elements of the role are as follows:* Be customer facing and promote the brand* Travel to sites and work on own initiative at all times* Deliver excellent service and solutions* Monitor service levels from all areas of the business* Prepare statistics and analysis of performance* Manage all special requests for product & service* Coordinate and control all orders until automated* Query resolution* Attend quarterly review meetings and be prepared to deliver key data and performance* Manage and respond to inbound business partner requests* Be flexible to meet and deliver key business partner needsSkill set:* Must have client communication at the forefront of activities* Be proactive towards change and process management.* Service & Product orientated* Ability to Present offers, solutions and systems* Clear, articulate & confident approach* Ability to work with spreadsheets, data and interpret data to make decisions* Ability to confidently work with Microsoft applications* CRM experience would be an advantage* Must be proactive and well organisedInterviews will take place throughout the first two weeks of October, and will be a 2 stage process.
