Job Description

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing company, based in the South of Kent, who are looking for a Head of Finance to join their friendly team.The successful candidate will responsible for managing the finance function while being fully involved in new projects that the company engages in.Your new role will involve:

  • Overall ownership of the finance function.
  • Provide financial advice to the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure monthly management accounts are completed as per deadlines.
  • Manage a finance team of 6.
  • Analyse financial data producing relevant reports and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting process.
Qualifications/Requirements of the role:-
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Proven working background in a Finance Management role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills and previous use of NetSuite would be advantageous.
  • Able to lead, coach and mentor a finance team.
  • Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
Hours:-8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid working is offered.Salary:£60k to £65kIf you are interested in this position then please apply or contact us directly for a confidential chat.
