Our client is a growing company and are looking to recruit a Group Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. DescriptionThe successful Group Payroll Manager will: Prepare payroll data for submission Prepare commission payslips Post monthly payroll journals to NetSuite (our accounting software) Train new payroll clerks in daily tasks relating to the UK and US payroll Develop and provide a clear understanding of what the global payroll processes arein the business Communicate and answer queries with the wider businesses or staff relating to payand benefits Build the relationship with the Operational People team to ensure payrollprocessing is accurate Liaise with external advisers to ensure that end of year reporting is calculated:ProfileThe successful candidate will have: Chartered institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) preferred but not required, or equivalent accountancy qualification Strong payroll experience or has worked with providing data to payroll providers Experience managing a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Global payroll experience (preffered) Experince with comission calculations and other benefit administrationJob Offer Hybrid working Flexible Hours Free food and drink in office 32 days holiday (not incl bank holidays) Pension contribution, private healthcare, emergency childcare, season ticket loanUnfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
