Fram are working with a growing financial planning business, who are keen to hire an experienced IFA to join their team. The firm has strong administrative support, has an experienced management team, and doesn’t require advisers to bring clients. What they do want to hire is someone who is a qualified adviser (ideally Chartered or someone who holds further planning qualifications above level 4), with an excellent client manner and who can grow an existing client base. The role is employed, comes with a competitive salary, and will suit someone who enjoys working in a smaller business.This is an excellent opportunity and we are very keen to speak to financial advisers in and around the Kent region.
