Job Description

Ivy Rock Partners are proud to be supporting an outstanding housing association based in Kent in their search for a Finance Data Entry Officer. You will join their oustanding team to assist the Purchase Ledger team in their day-to-day data entry.Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Consistently meet and improve on performance standards for the team.
  • Work closely in liaison with other staff to ensure that a seamless service is given to customers
  • Assist in any adhoc processes that may be required
You will have:
  • Finance/Purchase Ledger experience
  • An appreciation of and delivery of a high standard of customer care
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT & system skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and prioritisation of workload
  • A can -do attitude
