Job Description

Customer Service CoordinatorUp to £24,000 DOEFull time – Permanent West KentOur client, a fun, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team.The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Customer Service Coordinator and a real drive to succeed within a thriving and inclusive team.Duties will include:

  • Responsible for managing various aspects of customer service operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling customer complaints or issues, addressing them promptly and ensuring appropriate resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Liaising with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and the warehouse, to ensure order fulfilment and resolve any potential issues.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse on pick and pack operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
  • Monitoring order status, track shipments, and communicate updates to customers as necessary.
  • Effectively managing customer data, order information, and communication history on a CRM system
A successful candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or operations coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain processes is a plus.
