Do you have experience of change management processesAre you a good communicator, able to manage relationships with various audiencesIf so, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you!Were looking for a Change Analyst to join our team. Were responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion.Youll need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively. Youll work closely with the project team to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans to ensure successful acceptance and adoptionof change.As the key point of contact for the business areas impacted, youll engage with stakeholders to ensure that they understand both the impact on their teams and how to best support them. Youll be involved in conducting Change Impact Assessments, deliveringpresentations and training sessions to user groups within the business and supporting the implementation and embedding of change.Taking the lead on transition management youll ensure that the business is ready to receive the change by preparing affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working.
