Position: Account Manager Location: Kent Salary: 30-35k Ref: 6199-4492Our client based in Kent are a full-service marketing and fundraising agency that serves a wide range of clients primarily in the charity sector.Services include Strategy, creative, design, branding, copywriting, data management, website development, email, video, social and cross media, print, mailing & fulfilment.They are currently looking for an account manager to join the client services teamThe role involves: Project management (from inception to delivery)Ability to work as part of a team and provide support for the Account DirectorEstablish and maintain professional working relationships with internal teams and clients alikeReceiving or creating project briefs to provide accurate working documents for internal departmentsEnsuring projects run both to time and to costProviding accurate and up to date information for clients regarding their projectsProvide accurate project costings and schedulesInvoice preparationPrevious experience in a customer service role desirablePrevious job costing experience desirablePrevious experience in the use of an MIS systemProficient in the use of MS Office suite, especially Word and ExcelAbility to communicate via telephone, email and face-to-faceAbility to communicate at all levelsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamIdeally you will also have Working knowledge of TharsternWorking knowledge of Word/ExcelPrevious experience as Account ManagerWorking knowledge of Mailings and postageWorking knowledge of Litho & Digital printPlease make sure that your full address and details are included in your application for this role.
