Finance Manager

Job Description

Atrium Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of the client for Accounts & Finance Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various tasks related to financial accounting, accounts payable, financialmanagement, and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.Duties:

• Weekly P&L & KPI reporting.

• Produce monthly management accounts.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Manage the fixed asset register and capex projects.

• Contribute to financial planning initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Undertake projects as required by Financial Controller.

• Assist in production of annual budget & reforecasting processes.

• Provide data insight and analysis.

• Assist in financial accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements and reports.

• Assist with cost control measures to optimise financial performance.

Essential:

• Preferred Qualified Accountant (CIMA ACCA or equivalent).

• Strong Excel skills.

• Good communicator.

• Motivated and able to prioritise demanding workloads.

• Capable of working on confidential and sensitive issues with discretion.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.

Desirable:

• Worked in manufacturing environment.

• Experience of ERP system.
