Job Description

Technical Services Administrator Near SevenoaksUp to £28k DOEWe are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk and General Administrator, who is customer focussed with experience of providing office based / remote IT Helpdesk support.You will need to have the confidence to take on the full responsibility of the service ticket process, from logging to closure.You will need a willingness to learn and develop a career in IT / Technology Services. You will be responsible for providing a range of service and I.T. administration requestsDuties will include:

  • Production of Contracts
  • Renewals
  • Quoting
  • Buying / Procurement
  • Stock control and management
  • Service Reports
  • Invoice Queries
  • General accounting Administration
  • General diary management
  • Assisting Service Delivery with Project management
  • Assisting Marketing with campaigns and documentation
  • Assisting Directors with general administrative duties
Experience and knowledge
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrable interest in IT
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Diplomatic but assertive and determined to see the job through
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt, applying technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Time management and workload prioritization
  • Highly IT Literate using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook, Autotask, Xero Adobe creative cloud, office 365 are all desirable skills
  • Previous experience of working as a Service Desk / Helpdesk Administrator/Co-Ordinator
  • Punctual, friendly and confident person
  • Ability to be able to use own initiative
  • Results and Customer service focused
