What can only be described as an OUTSTANDING salary package with an extremely impressive commission structure + bonuses with 5% office commission + 5% listings commission + 5% sales commission with £1,000 bonus at £50,000 banked, £2,500 bonus at £100,000 banked, £5,000 bonus at £250,000 banked and £7,500 bonus at £500,000 banked. You will receive a £40,000 6 month guarantee with a basic salary of £25,000 plus £150 per month car allowance. On target earnings are predicted at between £55,000 and £60,000.
