Key responsibilities of a Team Leader Property Manager

Supporting our 22 lettings offices with managing repairs
Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Team Leader Property Manager.

Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
Must be very organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods in this fast paced environment.
Previous experience working in Lettings or having ARLA (or equivalent) qualifications would be an advantage (not compulsory)
