Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorLocation: KeighleySalary £18,000We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of one of our clients based in Keighley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and play a role in the next exciting phase of growth.We are looking for an individual who can support their team, building on company success to date.   • Responsibility of logging all orders accurately and following through order process to completion with full customer liaison where required. This will include checking order feasibility by liaising with different departments and finding solutions where necessary.
  • Record all communications to partners.
  • Assist with weekly phone calls to partners to chase approvals and advise partners of orderbook progress and planned deliveries.
  • Responsible for Enquiry inbox.
  • Draft communications to partners following Sales Team Leader’s guidelines.
  • Update SOP’s and Sales internal procedures.
  • Ensure that all paperwork where required is completed accurately and recorded on NetSuite.
  • Maintain information on systems with activity.
  • Assist in the translation of all marketing information for communication to partners (depending on territory/language requirements - if applicable).
  • Comply with requests from marketing to deliver company marketing strategy.
  • Carry out duties compatible with this job and the employees individual skills as required by management.
  • Comply with the company Health, Safety & Environmental rules and regulations
  • To report any unsafe act, occurrence, near miss and injury using the correct reporting process.
  • To aid in Health, Safety & Environmental investigations, audits and improvement processes.
