Job Description

  • Managing the Apprentice and Careers programs
  • Leading and coordinating recruitment activities
  • Providing operational advice on people practices and employee relations
  • Shaping policies, procedures, benefits and systems
What you will ideally bring
  • Passion for great service and change and transformation
  • HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge in operational HR skills and employment law
  • Fully or close to CIPD qualified
