Job Description

This exciting multinational company is expanding and is looking for someone to join them in a Technical Internal Sales role based in their Bolton office. If you have a strong background in developing existing customers and winning new business, thiscould be the role for you. Along with a basic salary of up to GBP35,000, benefits include a fantastic annual commission scheme, company pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an early finish on a Friday.What will I be doing as Technical Internal Sales:

Based in the office with occasional visits to customer sites around the UK you will be carrying out a busy and varied sales role, dealing with a mixture of new and existing customers. Duties will include:
Dealing with a mixture of new and existing customers
Researching customer needs and identifying how the company solutions can match their requirements
Developing business with the sale of mechanical solutions and components
Assisting customers with matching customer specific requirements to provide tailored solutions
Working across a variety of sectors including engineering, chemicals, medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace and defence
Preparing and executing individual sales plans and sales reports
Account management and development in line with company objectives
Generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships to increase the customer portfolio
The role will be predominantly office based but will involve regular visits to customer sites across the UK

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous strong internal sales or account management experience with experience of both new and existing business development
Experience and ability of creating sales plans and sales strategies for account development
Experience working in a busy sales office environment
An in-depth knowledge and experience of the full sales process from lead generation to aftercare
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Analytical and fact driven approach
A full current driving licence (pool car provided to visit customer sites)
