Job Description

Temporary Recruitment Resourcer - 10 weeks assignment - May be longer Must be able complete the assignmentWe are extremely pleased to be recruiting for a new exciting project to last for a minimum of 10 weeks duration working in a busy Customer Service Department supporting a UK wide recruitment campaign.You will be responsible for;

  • Answering calls from applicants who would like to apply for each role.
  • Supporting the candidate and making them feel at ease.
  • Taking down all the details required to support the application.
  • Asking pre-set questions and using a scoring system to determine suitability.
  • Organising assessment centres across the UK
  • Sending out relevant information to each candidate
  • Representing the company in a Professional and Friendly manner
    • Requirements to apply for the role.
  • Recruitment experience is required
  • Use of a scoring system to decide on suitability for the role.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle a large number of calls
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to put someone at ease to gain valuable and thorough information.
