Summary Weve got an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Ightham Mote as a Welcome & Service Assistant.Salary:£11.64 per hour.Contract/duration:Fixed term until 28th February 2025 with the possibility of extension.Hours/working pattern: 764 hours per annum This role is based on an annualised contract, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary. Your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Part-time with more days inthe peak season of March to October and less over the winter. Youll be working regular weekends and bank holidays on a rota pattern.Interviews will be held on the 29th of April. Ightham Mote is currently undergoing significant investment in its infrastructure and exciting new facilities are expected to open this summer.You will play a vital part in welcoming visitors to enjoy the historic house, beautiful gardens and extensive estate. Reporting to the Welcome Manager you will be an active member of the visitor experience team. We work closely with all teams at IghthamMote and have a strong volunteer base who support us. What youll be doing Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have thebest day they can.You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service.
