Our aim is to WOW the very top set of our most important Tier One Customers by providing dedicated Implementation support. To achieve this requires agility and an ability to workcreatively in an ever-evolving and diverse payments landscape.What You Will Be DoingYou provide dedicated Implementation support for the businesses top strategic and most commercially important corporate customers. To achieve this, you work closely withthe Customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver their project roadmaps.Manage projects from the planning stage through to completion following clear and well-maintained project plansPresent project reports and updatesto key stakeholders at monthly and quarterly business review meetingsWork creatively with customers and colleagues to achieve and maintain market leading payment solutionsAct as an escalation point for the customer and colleagues, working with individualsinternally and externally to resolve the incident and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrenceBecome a subject matter expert on eCommerce payment processing and all Gateway products/services.
