Job Description

I am Looking for a Sales Manager and Sales Negotiators to Join an growing Estate Agency in IverAs the Sales Manager/ Branch Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.Your responsibilities include:Overseeing the daily operations of residential sales and conducting team meetingsEnsuring adherence to company standards and current legislationIdentifying potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointmentsConducting canvassing and accompanying viewingsManaging withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectationsManaging sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellersSecuring offers and maximizing value streamsConducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation informationAnalyzing market and business data to prepare vendor reportsThe ideal candidate will have:At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator levelStrong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettingsProven experience in sales progression and valuationsExcellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsA valid UK driving licenseWe are also looking for Sales Negotiators to Join the teamApply now for immediate consideration for these Sales Manager and Negotiator positions or contact Alex Killen at ITSS Recruitment for further details.
