Job Description

Instalcom are looking for a Reinstatement Manager to join our team.Role (Main Purpose):

  • Manage and co-ordinate teams effectively.
  • Update work management system.
  • Supervise work resource
  • Quality inspections
    • Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • To organise resources and materials to complete reinstatement on the highway and footway
  • To manage resourcing levels for all projects requiring reinstatement
  • To manage materials used for reinstatement
  • To communicate with the representatives of clients
  • To maintain the highest standards of Quality and Safety on all contracts
  • All personnel shall be committed to delivery of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements defined in current company policies & procedures.
  • Demonstrate Senior Managements commitment to QHSE by carrying out regular recorded inspections of reinstatement
  • Provide relevant Manager / Director with data that can be utilised in cost analysis reports
  • Ensure that manning levels are maintained to meet the project and client’s requirements
  • Ensure that all reinstatement personnel have the required competency levels to undertake the required works
  • To provide a monthly report to the relevant Manager/ Director which must include:
  • Status of reinstatement works which must include:
  • Works completed
  • Works outstanding
  • Any issues that need resolving
  • Report on staff performances, which must include:
  • Adherence to company policies,
  • Achievements
  • Quality of workmanship and any disciplinary matters
  • Progression of any potential new works
  • Summary of manning levels, tools, equipment, training and vehicle requirements
  • Communicate client and third party issues to the relevant Director.
    • Project / Department Competence Requirements:
  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • First Aid (3 day course)
  • IOSH Managing Safely or 5 day SMSTS
