You will bejoining a team of 3 others, who are all very passionate about what they do.DescriptionThe People Coordinator- Systems & Projects will be responsible for the following:*Act as the first line support for People related queries and requests* Provide day to day support to Head of People in managing Employee experiences and developing initiatives* Researching new ideas to reward employees and initiatives to monitor and enhance employee engagement* Ownership of timely and accurate data implementation of all employees set up on the HRIS platform, MS HRD365* Analytics, insights, and reporting including manipulation and presentation of data using various sources including excel and HRIS tool* Ensure that storing of all HR records meet GDPR regulations and are compliant* Supporting line managers with Probationary Reviews, disciplinary, grievance meetings and associated documentationProfileThe ideal People Coordinator- Systems & Projects will have the following skills/ qualities:
