Job Description

Salary £30-40k pro rata for 1-2 days per week, exciting and interesting role promoting a progressive horticultural business based between Slough and Uxbridge.The customer base includes private clients, designers, landscape companies and developers. High levels of autonomy, fully flexible hours with a percentage of remote working.The client is looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who can guide the company on strategy and bring some creative ideas the table. They need a candidate who can join them to take the reins and really help them drive the business forward!Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company across all marketing and PR channels
  • Compile a campaign of action with inspirational and fresh ideas to attract new market opportunities
  • Initiate projects, monitor the success and analyse customer feedback
  • Increase high end market awareness and the company profile measured through the sales line
  • Manage the marketing plan and budget for the company
  • Organise promotional events
    • What the employer is looking for:
  • Marketing experience in the gardening, horticultural or arborist sectors
  • Confident with design and image
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Oversee the marketing administrator
  • Good understanding of Google AdWords and SEO basics
