Our client, an online beauty/fashion/style company with a growing presence, is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and super friendly person to join their team and make their customers feel even more special!With an online community of over 1 million people, we are looking for a vibrant, passionate and energetic person to join the online customer service team.Going above and beyond each day, you will be the first point of contact for all online queries relating to all things beauty, make up, health and wellbeing, skincare, fashion, styling and more!The successful candidate will be customer focused and their passion will shine through in every online conversation they have with their customers.Starting Salary - £20,000 plus benefitsHours - 37.5 hours per week over 5 days per week (includes occasional Saturdays and Sundays)Benefits - 20 days annual leave, free parking, amazing social events and incentives, superb offices and the chance to be part of a fantastic companyIf you love making someones day happier, have an interest in beauty, style and well-being and enjoy being part of a friendly and energetic team you will fit in beautifully!Duties* Communicate with customers via email, live chat & social media (online only)* Provide customers with expert help and advice on the full product range, and other beauty, style and well-being queries* Work with the Customer Love Team to help create wonderful ideas and initiatives to make our customers experiences even better!* Share your valuable insight with the rest of the team regarding customer needs and feedback* Efficiently fix delivery issues, transaction problems and resolve customer issues to a high level of customer satisfaction* To build positive and happy relationships with our customers by communicating with them using the Brand Voice guidelines at all timesSkills/Experience* Must have at least 1 years Customer Service experience* Have strong written communication skills* Excellent computer literacy* Ability to remain professional and considerate with customers at all times, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help people* Are a fun, optimistic and happy person with a bright outlook* Reliable and flexible - weve always got each others back as a team! * Must be available to work one evening per week, every other weekend and on bank holidays when requiredDesirable* An animal lover!
