IT Support (1st and 2nd line) / helpdesk remote working, Slough, £28k + bonus (ote £33.5k)We are looking for experienced service desk professionals to support a rapidly expanding client who are providing testing and safety protocols to the film and media industry to ensure that production can continue while keeping everybody safe. You will be based at home but will need your own transport as you will need to travel to various different locations when needed.You will be supporting the service desk delivering 1st and 2nd line support to a growing remote user base. your hours of work wil be 6am - 2pm or 6pm - 10pm on a rota basis.
