Job Description

we are looking for a HR admin person based in Iver this is ideally a temp to perm but will consider perm for the right candidatethis is a mixed role of lots of HR and Admin and ideally would like someone CIPD level 3 but HR admin experience OKs alsoplease email me only if you are interested and i will get back to youJOB TITLEHR AdministratorHOURS/DaysFlexible 4 or 5 days a week. 08:30am to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunchCONTRACT Typeideally Temp to PermLOCATIONRESPONSIBLE TODirectorPURPOSE OF POST: To provide a comprehensive and efficient back office administrative service . To ensure that the onboarding process of new starters is compliant prior to the performance of the Crews duties. To ensure training records arecurrent. To ensure vehicle fleet repairs and servicing is ongoing.AUTHORITY LEVEL: NoneMAIN DUTIES:

  • To maintain and circulate the Labour Spreadsheet, indicating crew availability, to hr Director and Coordinators/HoDs on a weekly basis.
  • Upon instruction from Supervisors/HoDs of the new starters required for production, issuing of new starter information to prospective employees. This includes Right to Work checks, driving licence requests, bank details, HMRC new starter list, offer letter/contractof employment, next of kin details and NDA.
  • Respond to any crew/employee queries
  • Daily monitoring of the crew coordinator spreadsheet, ie checking on crew availability
  • Annual checks on drivers licences.
  • Co responsibility with Accounts Administrator for updating the weekly payroll spreadsheet for onward sending to payroll service provider
  • Vehicle/Fleet Management - coordinating repairs and servicing of vehicles on daily/weekly basis. Updating the Vehicle spreadsheet
  • Acting as point of contact with Defra for Plant importation and checks and forwarding information to relevant Coordinators.
  • Issuing, collation and circulation of Supervisor Reports on Crew and vice versa when a Production comes to an end.
  • Any other duties as determined by the Management Team
