Driver Hire Uxbridge is currently recruiting HGV CLASS 2 (CAT C) TANKER DRIVERS in IVER for our customer a leading drainage specialist in the UK for an ongoing contract until April 2020.You will be driving the tankers to support customers who need bulk waste removing from their premises and transporting responsibly to suitable waste disposal sites, with sewage, liquid waste and fire water runoff among the types of refuse.The job is based in their Iverdepot and as well as driving the tanker itself - categorised as a Class 2 HGV - you will be involved in the assessment of drainage and wastewater problems on site, and in the delivery of practical and efficient solutions to resolve the issues in a way that satisfies the needs of the customer.80% driving, 20% drainage work.Hours of work: 4 days on 4 days off 6.00am to 6.00pm (12-13 hrs shifts, sometimes they have some jobs that will be even longer, where TACHO regulations will not apply.Pay:- LTD: £14.00 per hour flat rate, breaks are not paid- PAYE: £12.55 per hour (with holiday pay included), flat rate, breaks not paidHGV CLASS 2 CAT C Tanker Drivers REQUIREMENTS:- UK CAT C licence, CPC and TACHO card- Minimum 2 years HGV Class 2 CAT C experience in the UK- Flexible as overtime might be required- No more than 6 points no DR, TT INSpecifications:- If you pass the phone interview, you will be required to come to our Uxbridge office to register with us, and if you are successful you will have a face to face interview with our customer in their Colnbrook office.P.S.
