My clientis a leading wholesaler of designer fragrance, cosmetics and haircare products, based near Uxbridge, England. Have you been in a Business Development Sales role for 1+ yearsAre you looking for the next step in your sales careerDo you have experience in B2B salesAre you a new business hunterThen we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads using the internal database* Build and identify new business opportunities* Cold calling to build new leads* Build a pipeline for new business* Identify special offers, price them correctly per client and present the client appealing offers* Organise meetings with clients, work with each client individually and strategically * Build and maintain successful and ongoing sales relationships with clients* Provide efficient support and guidance to clients in a timely manner, recommending solutions to any problems * Exceed sales targets and KPIs * Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Commercial Director by collecting, analysing, and summarising information* Develop a deep understanding of market trends such as product inflation etc* Analyse competitors and compare pricing* International travel on an ad hoc basis to attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings* Be a clear and confident communicator and deliver high customer service standardsYou must have* Previous B2B experience* Driving licence* Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales* An understanding of the full sales cycle* High levels of drive and motivation to succeed* Exceptional negotiation skills* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks * A real problem solver, constantly seeking solutions * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team* Good Microsoft Office skillsMy client is looking to interview within the next few days.
