Founded on the principle of engaging communities in co-creation, their work includes regeneration, green infrastructure, participatory open space design and well-being projects across London. In the role you will deliver a range of exciting social / environmental projects and be a key member of our Making Space for Nature Team delivering an innovative co-creation programme with communities in Thamesmead.About you The Co-creation lead is a specialist role within the London team. This means you need to be an experienced project manager, with the confidence to lead, develop and deliver a range of bespoke community projects and services supporting communities and stakeholders to achieve their aspirations. You will have knowledge and experience of co-creation and capacity building, and a proven track record of successfully managing large scale community driven projects. As a lateral thinker you will thrive on raising the aspirations and supporting communities to achieve their priorities, whilst meeting the expectations of clients and funders.
