AJ Chambers are pleased to be working alongside a firm of specialist accountants and tax advisors on their search for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their highly supportive and successful team. This is a full-time permanent position based intheir Ely offices.This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that prides themselves on delivering exceptional service, where you will benefit from exposure to an expansive client portfolio, playing an integral role in the firms growth strategy.If you are looking to join a small boutique cloud based practice based in a scenic location, who have recently invested in new technologies to modernise their way of working, this could be the perfect role for you.ResponsibilitiesAs a part qualified accountant you will hit the ground running and will have the opportunity to eventually manage your own portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will likely consist of:

Accounts preparation, reviewing and completing year end accounts.
Management accounts
Tax returns and tax planning
Bookkeeping on cloud based software and providing training to clients
Managing relationships with clients and dealing with queries
Assisting in the continued growth of the firm by acting for new clients

Requirements

Xero and Digita experience desirable
AAT qualified and/or ACCA/ACA part qualified
Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Full UK driving licence, or in the process of learning to drive.
