Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester- Basic £22,000- £25,000 - £40,000 OTE year 1, £55,000 OTE year 2, £75,000+ OTE year 3 + Bonuses!This role is PERFECT for either graduates/estate agents/anyone with a sales background looking to make a transition, earn a fantastic living, and be trained by the best in the industry - our client started as a consultant and is now a Director!If you are looking for your first stepping stone into the recruitment world and want to work in one of the buzziest parts of Manchester with a bunch of friendly/outgoing/motivated individuals then then this is the company for you.Working for the top rated Recruitment Agency on Trustpilot and a Recruiter Hot 100 listed company, youll be based in our clients stunning Manchester office and will have the opportunity to recruit for some of the biggest and most respected clients in thecountry dealing with clients from the world of media, sport, financial services, construction, retail and many more.You will be motivated and hungry to succeed - someone who can always sniff out a lead or opportunity and when you do - you want to grab it with both hands! Preferably you will come from a strong sales background and have demonstrable achievements withinyour previous and current roles OR be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment. However that being said, if you have the right personality and think recruitment could be for you, my client is open to seeing candidates with all different backgrounds.Whats in it for you

  • £22,000-£25,000 basic depending on experience
  • £40,000 OTE year 1, £55,000 OTE year 2, £75,000+ OTE year 3
  • Quarterly Incentives (races, private dinners, cricket, rugby, darts, etc)
