Role: Internal Account CoordinatorLocation: Irlam, Manchester (free parking on site!)Type: PermanentSalary: Starting at £25,000 (with bonus for achieved team KPIs)Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00Reed are delighted to be working with a leading, Manchester based but GLOBAL, chemical manufacturer and global distributor, with clients across a diverse range of sectors including household care, personal care, and industrial applications.A fantastic company with great benefits and a proven track record of employee development.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Coordinator, ideally (but not necessary) with a background in surfactants/chemicals.We are looking for a clear communicator, confident, self-motivated and proactive candidate with enthusiasm, a passion for sales and putting customers first.Duties:• Order inputting• Order acknowledgement• Production oversight• Transport & Logistics• Create and send collection notes to customers• Generate invoices to customers• Dealing with customer complaints• Regular dialogue with customers by phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to develop strong relationships• Monthly stock reportingAbout you!• A strong customer service background.• Order processing experience and working with advising clients• Experience working on CRM systems, ideally SAP• Work under pressure and to strict and sometimes challenging deadlines, with the ability to prioritise own work• Work on own initiative but realise the need for the whole team to get the business done.• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Have excellent administration, planning, organisational and time keeping skills.• Positive “Can Do” attitude to challenge and deliver customer expectations.• Ability to remain flexible and deliver any ad-hoc duties/specific projects as assigned.• Chemical knowledge desirable
